Looking Forward: Our Vision

With God's direction, our ten year Dream/Vision for Faith Community Church is to:

Have a Sunday worshipping community of 500+ people.
Have made significant strides in mothering another congregation in the Shenandoah Valley by means of sending out families to "seed" new church plants.
Have given purposeful attention to sending out individuals and families to be involved in ministry both at home and abroad.
Be known around town as a church that "does" ministry within our community. Our people will not merely talk about ministry but "do" ministry by means of acts of kindness done in Jesus name.
Be a church where guests will walk away saying, "that was the friendliest church I have ever attended." And having been at Faith Community Church for six months still be saying the same thing.
Have a majority of our people actively participating in one of our 30 small groups that meet in almost every corner of our community. Those who attend regularly will say that their small group experience is a major highlight of their spiritual life and weekly schedule.
Have a multi-purpose facility from which to carry out our ministry.
